Payment does not fix a delivery slot. We review the order and ring to agree a day and time.
Problems with a delivery
If the product, measure or stated moisture is not right, contact us within 48 hours so we can replace it, top it up or refund it as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally appear within 3 to 5 working days.
